‼️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ‼️
So that was a crazy busy weekend!! Thank you for that! ❤️ So many new faces this weekend, and lots of familiar ones enjoying the Summer's stand out block buster SPIDERMAN: BRAND NEW DAY. 🥰
We just wanted to take a minute to give you guys some info on the rules around the assigned seating set up. We know that after decades of general seating, assigned seating comes with a little shift in focus and we just wanted to highlight a few things that are now definitely "done differently." 🙂 While we had minimal issues, we thought it would just be worth another reminder to anyone who may not be fully aware of how things work now.
We love that you guys are loving the option to have control over where you sit! ❤️ Having said that, it comes with a reminder that whatever seats you choose when you book your tickets online, are the ones YOU MUST sit in. The same as when you book seats on a plane, at any of the ACC shows or any venue where you can pick your seats.
If after you are seated (in your own seat), you decide to move elsewhere, please understand that you are sitting in someone else's seat and you will be asked to move. If you wait too late to book seats together and end up having to book random seats scattered throughout the theater, those are the only seat options that are available to you. All the more reason to get to the site early and book for your group, before your options become limited.
Sitting in a different seat then the ones you booked, causes confusion for not only our staff who are working diligently to make sure everyone gets the seat they bought and paid for, but also for other guests who make their way to their seats, only to find them occupied by someone else. In these cases, you will be asked to move to your own seat. This part is non-negotiable.
As always, we are here to assist in any way that we can but we are also asking for you cooperation as well. These sold out shows only happen a few times a year, but it's a great time for us to learn the flow, identify any issues and provide info to you guys so that everyone has the best possible experience. 🥰
